3. Work Hours & Attendance
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working arrangements may be available with manager approval.
- If you’re unable to work due to illness, contact HR and your line manager before 9:00 AM.
4. Remote & Hybrid Work
- Employees may work remotely up to 2 days per week (role-dependent).
- All remote employees must be available during core business hours.
- Use approved company tools (VPN, Teams, etc.) for communication and file sharing.
5. Communication Standards
- Internal: Use Slack/Teams for quick communication and email for formal messages.
- External: Maintain professionalism in all client communications.
- Respond to messages within 24 business hours unless urgent.
6. Dress Code
- Smart casual in the office; professional attire for client meetings.
- Virtual meetings require a neat, work-appropriate presentation.
7. Annual Leave & Public Holidays
- Annual leave entitlement: 25 days per year, plus UK public holidays.
- Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance through the HR portal.
- Unused leave must be taken before the end of the calendar year.

9. Conduct & Ethics

- Do not install unapproved software.
- Keep passwords secure and change them every 90 days.
11. Social Media Guidelines
- Do not share confidential information publicly.
- When discussing Forge Marketing online, be respectful and professional.
- Personal social media should not interfere with work responsibilities.
12. Health & Safety
- Report hazards to HR immediately.
- Familiarise yourself with office emergency exits and procedures.
- Use ergonomic practices to avoid strain injuries.
13. Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures
- Outlines steps for addressing performance or conduct issues.
- Provides a process for raising workplace concerns.
