Dress Code
At Forge Marketing, we believe in presenting a professional image while also allowing for personal style and comfort. Our dress code is smart casual for most days, with adjustments depending on meetings, events, or client requirements.

Day-to-Day Office Wear
- Smart jeans, trousers, skirts, or dresses
- Polo shirts, blouses, button-down shirts, or smart tops
- Jumpers, cardigans, or blazers for layering
- Clean, presentable footwear (trainers allowed if smart in appearance)
Client-Facing Meetings & Events
- Suits, tailored trousers, skirts, or dresses
- Formal shirts/blouses and blazers
- Smart shoes (no casual trainers)
Casual Fridays
- Casual Fridays allow for more relaxed clothing (e.g., plain t-shirts, casual trainers), but still no ripped or overly distressed clothing.
What to Avoid
- Clothing with offensive or inappropriate slogans/images
- Beachwear, sportswear (unless part of an approved team event), or overly revealing attire
- Excessively worn, ripped, or stained clothing
Remote Work Guidelines
Even when working from home, please dress in a neat, work-appropriate way—especially for video calls. Team meetings and client calls should still reflect a professional appearance on camera.
Special Circumstances
If your role requires specific attire (e.g., branded clothing for events), these will be provided. For themed days or company socials, dress code may be relaxed or adapted.
