How to Submit an IT Support Ticket

From time to time, you may encounter technical issues with your laptop, software, or access to company systems. To resolve these quickly, all requests should be logged through our IT support ticketing system.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 — Access the Ticketing Portal

  • Go to [support.forgemarketing.com].
  • Log in with your Forge Marketing email and password.

Step 2 — Create a New Ticket

  • Click “Submit a Ticket” on the homepage.
  • Select the appropriate category for your issue (e.g., Hardware, Software, Network, VPN).

Step 3 — Provide Details

  • Add a clear subject line (e.g., “Unable to Connect to VPN”).
  • Describe the problem in detail, including:
    • When the issue started
    • Any error messages shown
    • Steps you’ve already tried to fix it
  • Attach screenshots if possible.

Step 4 — Set Priority

  • Low: General queries, no impact on work
  • Medium: Some disruption, but work can continue
  • High: Major disruption, unable to continue work

Step 5 — Submit & Track Progress

  • Click Submit.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number.
  • Check the “My Tickets” section in the portal to track updates.

Response Times

Low priority: Within 2 business days
Medium priority: Within 24 hours
High priority: Same-day response
