Step 1: Access the Trash / Recycle Bin

  • Navigate to the Shared Drive.
  • Click “Trash” or “Bin” in the left-hand menu.
  • Browse for the deleted file or folder.

Step 2: Restore the File

  • Right-click the file/folder → select “Restore”.
  • The file will return to its original folder location.

  • Check version history of the parent folder or related documents.
