Step 1: Access the Document

  • Navigate to the Shared Drive.
  • Open the document you want to co-author (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Ensure you have Editor permissions for the file.

Step 2: Share the Document

  • Click “Share” in the top-right corner.
  • Enter team members’ email addresses.
  • Set permissions: Editor for active collaborators.
  • Click “Send”.
