Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Document
- Navigate to the Shared Drive.
- Open the document you want to co-author (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Ensure you have Editor permissions for the file.
Step 2: Share the Document
- Click “Share” in the top-right corner.
- Enter team members’ email addresses.
- Set permissions: Editor for active collaborators.
- Click “Send”.

- All changes are visible in real time.
- Each team member’s cursor is highlighted in a unique color.
