Meeting Schedules
At Forge Marketing, meetings are designed to be purposeful, collaborative, and action-oriented. To avoid overload and maintain focus, we follow a structured cadence for team and project meetings.
1. Daily Stand-Up (15 minutes)
- Who: Project teams (Accounts, Creative, Strategy, PMO, Digital)
- When: Every morning at 9:30 AM
- Purpose:
- Share what you’re working on today.
- Highlight blockers or dependencies.
- Align priorities across the team.
2. Weekly Team Sync (30 minutes)
- Who: Department-specific teams (e.g., Creative Team, Strategy Team)
- When: Mondays at 11:00 AM
- Purpose:
- Review weekly goals and priorities.
- Share learnings from the past week.
- Address upcoming client or campaign needs.
3. Weekly Project Review (45 minutes)
- Who: Project Managers, Account Managers, and Leads from Creative/Strategy/Digital
- When: Wednesdays at 2:00 PM
- Purpose:
- Review project timelines and milestones.
- Track risks, blockers, and resource needs.
- Ensure deadlines are realistic and on track.
4. Monthly All-Hands (1 hour)
- Who: Entire Forge Marketing team
- When: First Thursday of the month at 4:00 PM
- Purpose:
- Share company updates, wins, and performance highlights.
- Recognise outstanding work (Forge Star of the Month).
- Q&A with leadership.
5. Quarterly Strategy Session (2–3 hours)
- Who: Leadership team, Department Heads, Key Stakeholders
- When: Start of each quarter
- Purpose:
- Review company performance and KPIs.
- Align on strategic priorities.
- Set objectives for the next quarter.
Best Practices for Meetings
- Keep meetings time-boxed and focused.
- Always have an agenda and distribute it in advance.
- Assign an owner and note-taker for accountability.
- End with clear action items and deadlines.
