Software Installation Guides

All Forge Marketing devices come preloaded with core applications, but some role-specific software may need to be installed manually. This guide walks you through installing and activating your required tools.

1. Core Software (Pre-Installed)

The following software is already set up on your device:

  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge
  • Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client
  • Slack (Forge Workspace)
  • Antivirus & Security Tools (Bitdefender / CrowdStrike)

No installation required — simply log in with your Forge Marketing email.

2. Role-Specific Software Installation

2.1 Creative Team

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
    1. Go to [creativecloud.adobe.com].
    2. Click Sign In and choose “Company or School Account.”
    3. Enter your Forge Marketing email and password.
    4. Download and install the required Adobe apps from the dashboard.

2.2 Marketing & Account Teams

  • Monday.com Desktop App
    1. Visit [monday.com/download].
    2. Select your operating system (Windows/Mac).
    3. Install the app and log in with Single Sign-On (SSO).

2.3 Analytics & Data Teams

  • Google Analytics & Data Studio Tools (Browser-based)
    • No installation needed; request access from your manager.

3. Communication Tools

  • Microsoft Teams
    1. Download from [teams.microsoft.com/download].
    2. Install and sign in with Forge Marketing credentials.
  • Slack (Desktop & Mobile)
    1. Visit [slack.com/downloads].
    2. Search for Forge Marketing Workspace.
    3. Log in using SSO.

4. Security Tools

MFA Authenticator App (Microsoft Authenticator)

  1. Install from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Scan the QR code provided by IT during setup.
