How to Access Company Systems
To work effectively at Forge Marketing, you’ll need access to our core systems. This guide outlines how to log in and use each platform. Please complete setup within your first 48 hours.
1. Email
- Purpose: Primary channel for formal internal and external communication.
- Platform: Microsoft Outlook (Web & Desktop)

- Login: Use your Forge Marketing email (firstname.lastname@forgemarketing.com) and the password set during your first-day login process.
Tips: Check your inbox at least 3 times a day. Set up your email signature using the approved company template (found in the intranet).
2. Intranet
Purpose: Central hub for company news, policies, forms, and resources.
- Platform: Forge Hub

- Login: Use your Forge Marketing email and password.
- Key Features:
- HR policies and employee handbook
- Team directory
- Company announcements
3. Project Management Tools
Purpose: Track project progress, assign tasks, and manage deadlines.

- Login: Single Sign-On (SSO) using your Forge Marketing email.
- Best Practices:
- Keep tasks updated daily.
- Use project boards for collaboration rather than email chains.
4. File Storage & Collaboration
Purpose: Store, share, and co-edit documents securely.
- Platform: Google Drive (Forge Workspace)

Tips: Save all client-facing files in shared folders. Avoid storing business files locally on your device.
5. Time Tracking
Purpose: Log hours worked on projects for client billing and workload tracking.

- Login: Invite sent from your manager; set password upon first login.
- Reminder: Submit all hours by Friday at 5 PM each week.
