New Hire Checklist
First Week
- Log into company systems (email, CRM, project tool, VPN).
- Meet your manager for role expectations.
- Attend welcome orientation.
- Review company values and handbook.
- Set up workstation and confirm access to all tools.
First Month
- Shadow a colleague in your department.
- Attend at least 2 client meetings (internal or external).
- Complete security and compliance training.
- Review and set personal goals with manager.
- Deliver your first task/project contribution.
